Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Follixir is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
